Shipping
Since most of the products are custom made the lead time for product delivery is dependent upon stock levels and availability of parts. Some products are currently in stock and others have a lead time up to six (6) weeks. If there is an urgency to your product delivery please call use directly at +1 407 782 7371 and we will be happy to assist you in whatever way we can.
Return
If you are not happy with your system, or if you change your mind about your purchase, and you would like to return it to us, we insist on notification within 72 hours of your receipt of the system. As long as the system remains in the exact same brand new and unused condition in which we sent it to you, you may return it to us with complete packaging and insurance, at your expense, within 14 days of your receipt of the system. Once we have received the returned item, inspected it, and have determined that it is in its original condition, we will refund your money minus the initial costs for shipping and insurance. Otherwise, we warranty the unit against defective parts for 90 days. The client is 100% responsible for return shipping, insurance, and any items lost in-transit. We ask that you allow us at least two weeks to inspect and test any returned item for function and/or defects.
