Ike Madni retired from Lockheed Martin as the Director of Information Technology. Lockheed Martin Corporation is the world’s largest defense contractor.Currently, Mr. Madni is the CEO and President of Green Notions, LCC Company. Headquartered in Orlando, Florida, Green Notions is a global indoor/outdoor renewable energy company and is principally engaged in the research, design, development, marketing, distribution, integration and sustainment of advanced renewable energy products and services. Madni retired from Lockheed Martin in early 2010 after 35 years of service. He was charged to solve complex information technology challenges, team member of the Office of the Corporation’s Chief Technology Officer, provided solutions to address challenges and continuously seek emerging and new technologies. He provided leadership and facilitated mutually beneficial partnerships with Lockheed Martin strategic suppliers, leveraging internal and external synergies. He was also responsible for the design, integration, and strategic direction of the corporation’s Supplier Relationship Program Management system, its websites, and the overall Supplier Interaction Process.Mr. Madni joined Lockheed Martin (Martin Marietta Orlando Aerospace – MMOA) in 1978. Initially, he held a management position in the development of new technology assessments and marketing. He developed an on-line MM-Information System Plan (MM-ISP) and application portfolio, managed MM-Internal Information System (MM-IIS) for planning, policies, and procedures, managed MMOA Telecom and networks, and installed a multi-million dollar PBX at various corporate locations. He also supported the development of the MM-Information Architecture Specification (IAS). Prior to joining Lockheed Martin, Madni was an Electrical Design Engineer for the Shuttle Program at the Kennedy Space Center (KSC), where he supported Crawler redesign, the Orbital Landing Facility, the Shuttle Launch Pad, and Certral Control System (CCS). Madni received his Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Miami, Florida in 1975.

Since 2001 Gülçin kösekul holding a position of main electrical infrastructure supplier of international companies in Turkey. In year 2012, Gülçin founded and started a new company Saliks Energy Technology Systems, which provides turnkey electrical systems and services including project design of electrical installation, turnkey delivery, work schedule management, material management, purchasing, design and field applications. Mrs. Kösekul graduated from Yıldız Technical Univesity in Turkey with the major of Electrical Engineer (M. Sc).

Ersan Songur

Ersan Songur is the Chairman and President of Songur International Realty Inc. Headquartered in Orlando, Florida, and satellite office in Istanbul Turkey. He is an accomplished real estate broker with more than 19 years of experience in residential and commercial real estate in Florida and international market. He is an effective negotiator with extensive knowledge of contracting, developing, and leasing management and is dedicated to profitable outcomes and efficient work. In 2002, he established his own real estate company, Songur International Realty Inc. where he worked with various local, European, Middle Eastern and international investors for real estate consulting, development, construction, remodeling, purchasing and selling. Visioning end strategic thinking always served as his primary assets. His dedication toward innovation contributed to him in terms of leadership, creating networks, harnessing idea development, identifying business opportunities, leveraging the right incentives available, developing new capabilities with partners; all of which are key identifiers of managing an effective, transparent, and efficient innovation process.  Prior to his international real state career. He was engaged 35 years of experience in hospitality industry in leadership role in costs controlled, and revenue opportunities, including primary responsibility for managing the innovation process in the hospitality establishments. Nothing escaped his attention in his constant drive for perfection and in certain cases, he acted as leadership role in person for large hotel franchise in USA and established a new innovative idea for the future growth for the companies.  Ersan Songur, holds two Bachelor`s degrees in Hospitality Management and Leadership, from Gazi University (Turkey) and the University of Nevada Las Vegas (NV, USA).

Ozgur kösekul is a Co-founder of Saliks Energy Technology System since 2012, after working so many years as an Electrical Engineer with World known corporate companies such as Cocola International. Saliks Energy Technology Systems provides turnkey electrical systems and services including project design of electrical installation, turnkey delivery, work schedule management, material management, purchasing, design and field applications. Mr. Kösekul graduated from Yıldız Technical Univesity in Turkey with the major of Electrical Engineer.
